The RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply to the soda fountain carbonator must be tested and certified. Also, the copper and brass piping ad fittings on the downstream side of this device must be removed. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this backflow prevention device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. Provide hot water on the left valve and cold water on the right valve. Core-5-203.13, C: Service Sink; 1. The old, deteriorated mop sink must be removed. 2.
