Plumbing Inspection. Walked with Alex. E&D Class 2, 0-9 seating. Project nearly complete.Correct the following items for permit approval:1) Install an RPZ backflow preventer (ASSE 1013 such as a Watts 009) on water line to glass/pitcher rinser; currently installed ASSE 1015 is not approved for this application. Run a hard-pipe drain line from vent of RPZ to floor sink with a 1” air gap.2) An RO system was not found at this location; if a new RO is installed, ensure an RPZ is installed upstream on water line. If an RO system exists, ensure an RPZ is installed upstream.3) Have newly installed RPZ and RPZ for RO system (if installed) tested. Maintain certificates on site for inspection. Backflow must be tested yearly at minimum. If the RPZ for the RO system has been tested within the last 12 months, provide that certificate at time of inspection.4) Install an ASSE 1022 (in-line dual check with an atmospheric vent) on all water lines to coffee/tea brewers, including espresso machine.5) Install a sneeze guard at coffee bar station, as discussed on site. Sneeze guard must cover the espresso machine, coffee grinders, and glass/pitcher rinser including having returns on sides. The return on the glass rinser side may be approximately 4” due to the protection from the refrigerated case.6) Install cove base under new coffee bar area.7) Seal raw wood under counters.8) Fill all gaps under counters with caulk or silicone. No County legal action will result from this inspection.Report emailed.Award: Not Participating,Review Complete: CHECKED,Review Notes: QA,Signer: DB
