Observed cookline pullout fridge drawers holding cooked chicken, birria, cooked potatoes, bacon, and hash brown patties 46-51*f. Open top line fridge unit over filled contained sour cream, fried fish, chorizo, and cut cabbage 45-65*f. Salsa bar holding red and green salsas 48-50*f degrees (low ice level) and portioned salsas near drive through sitting out without full ice contact 48-84*f degrees. Per PIC all items had been out less than 4 hours and returned to walk-in fridge to cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below.
