OC Inspection conducted with Luke and permit holder Dani K. Inspection report emailed to Luke and Dani K. Permit not yet approved Correct/address the following items prior to reinspection:1) Contact Planning and Development to obtain approval for the newly added roaster. 2) Relocate the storage equipment near the water heater so that the hand sink can be visible to the roaster area. 3) Test and certify the RPZ backflow device. Provide the test report.4) Provide a shared use agreement from HG coffee to utilize their 3-compartment sink and hand sink. Provide a shared use agreement from Superstition Ranch Market to utilize the mop sink.5) Add rubber vinyl cove base in the roaster area, and in the kitchen where missing. 6) Clean the copper pipe above the 3-compartment sink and paint with a stainless steel colored Rustoleum.7) Remove all non-NSF freezers and refrigerators. Provide commercial grade NSF/ANSI approved refrigerators/freezers.8) Repair the water leaking from the base of the 3-compartment sink faucet. 9) Replace all the milk crates for dunnage racks. 10) Paint all exposed wood with a light in color semi gloss paint.11) Provide labels with the following information:-The common name of the FOOD, or absent a common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement; - If made from two or more ingredients, a list of ingredients and sub-ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, including a declaration of artificial colors, artificial flavors and chemical preservatives, if contained in the FOOD; - An accurate declaration of the net quantity of contents; - The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor; and - The name of the FOOD source for each MAJOR FOOD ALLERGEN contained in the FOOD unless the FOOD source is already part of the common or usual name of the respective ingredient.No County legal action will result from this inspection.
