New owner inspection. Also as a follow up. Establishment is not open at this time. All issues mentioned before have been addressed. Thank you. Light bulbs along the back wall will be changed out.Before opening please provide the following supplies if not already on site:1). Provide a or multiple buckets marked sanitizer for your sanitizer solution.2). Provide test strips so you can assess the sanitizer concentration showing 50-100 PPM bleach or the required concentration of quaternary ammonia in the buckets and 3- compartment sink.3). Provide wiping cloths for in the sanitizer solution.4). Provide a thermometer to check the actual food temperature with alcohol swabs for cleaning of the thermometer. This can be a metal stem thermometer or a thermocouple.5). Please provide non-latex gloves for handling ready to eat foods and make sure they are not latex.6). New owner inspection walk trough with the owner. Location is not in operation. Owner is planning on opening with only drink service and non-TCS snacks.The following items were identified for follow up before your re-inspection:1). Change light in the walk-in and provide plastic light bulbs, LED lights are usually plastic.'2). Defrost the drain line if the walk-in unit and make sure it drains properly.3). All drain lines will need to be rigid, mounted to the wall and led to a floor sink following gravity flow. Keep a 1 inch air gap at the floor sink. PVC is fine.Install fora). Jockey Boxes, b). soda gun holsters, c). beer coolers, d). ice machine.4). Provide coved base throughout the bar area. Also along the toe kick of the register counter.5). Coke will need to or provide a tag for the dual check valve on the carbonator stating it is working okay with a date and initials or replace the dual check valve with a new one.6). The three compartment sink drain is dripping, please repair.7). Provide more lighting in the bar area at the three compartment sink.8). Remove the base from above the hand wash sink if possible or caulk and seal. 9). There is a hole in the wall behind the beer tap, please repair.10). Repair the dripping drain in the ladies room.11). There are wood panels in the restrooms, all panels need to be sealed in between and then the wood coated with a coating so it is washable.In the restroom provide coved base behind the toilet in the ladies.12). Please work on the wall. The back wall in the bar has wood panels. 13). Provide a outlet cover for the outlet behind the north side beer cooler.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit.
