Ensure 3-compartment sink is sanitized at the start of every day.Discussed sneeze guard requirements. Ensure no reusable utensils or glassware or open foods are stored at espresso machine; otherwise, a sneeze guard will be required.If 3-compartment sink is replaced, a minor remodel permit is required.
