Provide the test report. 2) Adjust the counter weights on the mop sink faucet so that the faucet does not go below the flood rim. 3) Switch the hot and cold water lines on the mop sink faucet. Hot water must be on the left and cold water on the right. 4) Trim the 3-compartment sink riser so that it is below the 3-compartment sink basin. 5) Trim the drain line below the prep sink so that there is a 1-inch air gap. Ceiling tiles must be washable vinyl and light in color. 4) Remove the carpet within the dry storage room and provide approved flooring. 5) Provide a 3/8" cove base in the dry storage room, and along the right side of the 3- compartment sink. 6) Provide FRP behind the mop sink below the 3-compartment sink and behind the drying racks. FRP must start from the bottom and extend 12-inches past the faucet. 7) Provide escutcheon plates to any pipe penetrations. 8) Provide u-shaped toilet seats. 9) Provide weather stripping to the left side of the back door in the adjacent suite. 10) Repaint the ceiling in the restroom and above the soda tower with a light color.
