Inspector's notes
Observed no hot water available at any of the handwashing sinks or the three compartment sink. The hottest stream temperature measured 74°F. No hot water onsite. Staff stated they currently are waiting on a part. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Hot water must be available onsite prior to the reinspection in 24 hours. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce at 43*F and 45*F at sandwich prep station. Cold hold to be 41*F or lower. As per the person in charge the cooling system for prep table is not working and store is waiting for part yo repair. Facility is using as ice bath until repaired. Advised staff to monitor temperatures with metal stem thermometer. Shredded lettuce was placed in refrigerator to chill. More ice was added to bin to keep chilled at 41*F. Facility may also use time as control - document to assist is attached to email. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
