Observed walk in cooler had an ambient temperature of 54*F. Equipment must be able to hold food at 41*F or lower. All Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods were remove and discarded from unit. Repair company was contacted for repair while on site. Repair company was on site prior to finishing site visit. Found leak in freon location. Business had enough cold hold storage to continue operating. Will return at opening 10am 9/9/2025 to verify walk in cooler is fixed and operating. Second consecutive violation Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
