Inspector's notes

Observed AVB with a Y-valve attached with a direct supply water line feeding a chemical dispenser. Hose was disconnected at time of site visit. This set up for chemical distribution muat have a direct connection to chemical dispensor with an approved backflow /airgap at chemical dispensor. Reinspection to check set up will be on or before Thursday July, 17 2025. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
