A food processor permit will be created for this purpose. Please provide the food processor required transportation vehicle(s). The current sedans delivery cars are not acceptable delivery vehicles.Please address the following items in 10 business days:1. Provide a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) assembly (ASSE 1013) at the water connection point of the mister system. 2. Certify the testable backflows in the facility and provide reports.3. Provide a vented dual check valve backflow preventer (ASSE 1022) at the water connection point of the coffee brewer.4. Provide drainpipes for the breading tables. Drainpipes must be rigid and minimum 1” air gap from the finished floor.5. Provide a curb at the mop sink to prevent mop water to run onto the floor of the kitchen. The floor around the mop sink is not slope to the mop sink. As the result the wastewater runs onto the floor every time staff empty the mop bucket in the mop sink.The following items will be addressed with the minor remodel:1. Caulk and seal all gaps at cove tiles and walls junctures, gaps at corners, inside walk-in units and throughout the facility.2. Seal gaps at light fixtures, electrical conduits, and ceiling panels inside walk-in units.3. Re-wrap the condenser pipe inside the walk-in freezer. There is ice condensation inside the walk-in freezer.4. Fill low/ missing grout on tiles, around floor trough, floor sinks and floor drains.5. Also, the backflow preventer for the tea brewer is a dual check valve without vent (ASSE 1024) instead of a vented dual check valve (ASSE 1022) at the water connection point of the machine. Please replace with the correct backflow. This is not testable so replace it whenever it leaks or annually; whichever comes first.
