Food processor, class 4 OC inspection was conducted with the owner, Scott Y. and food service director, Jacob. The establishment is open and operating.The establishment provides foods for schools. The facility is utilizing a covered truck with washable thick plastic protection sheets to transport foods from the restaurant to the school with cold insulated bags. Per Jacob, foods will be checked for temperature at delivery time to ensure proper temperature is maintained. Foods will be held at 41*F or below during storage, transportation, and delivery.Owner is a certified food protection manager (CFPM). Maricopa County requires the person in charge must be a CFPM and at the site during all operational hours. Maintain CFPM and food handler certifications on file for inspection purpose.Permit is approved.Be advised, the major remodel permit (RM-10644) filed for previous owner had been closed since this owner is no longer the permit holder. Please resubmit the application, plans, cut sheets for the up coming remodel. Permit does not transfer from owner to owner or location to location. Plans must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the demolition commence.Please address the following items prior to the next routine inspection:1. Fill low/ missing grout on floor, cove tiles, and corners throughout the facility.2. Provide curb at the mop sink to prevent mop water running onto the floor.3. Clean/ refinish the floor sink at the food prep sink.
