Upon owners request. Walk through for this dollar store with soda fountain. Location does not have a three compartment sink or hand wash sink outside the restroom. In addition the water heater was 2 gallons. If you want to continue operating the soda fountain the following item will need to be addressed:Noticed floor sink, please check if it is working/draining and repair if needed. 1). For the walk-in condensate, create dry wells, 1 x 1 x 2 feet deep holes filled with rocks or create a planter into the which the water can be run. There are three lines coming out of the wall.2). Please install a three compartment sink with hot and cold water and waste the waste water indirect to the floor sink.3). Install a hand wash sink in the area of the sink and ice machine. If you install it n the soiled side of the three compartment sink a splash guard is not needed. This sink too can be run to the floor sink.4). Please install FRP with trims on the wall behind the sinks, also behind the mop / utility sink.5). Install a larger water heater, if you want to install a tankless electric water heater please make sure that it provides 2 gallon per minute at 60 degree rise.6). Ice machine can be run with rigid pipes to the floor sink.7). Install new coved base throughout the back room and also in the restroom at the floor / wall juncture.8). Toilet will needs to be shimmed and then caulked at the floor junctures.9). Check the exhaust in the restroom and make sure it works.10). Please check the door sweep on the back door and adjust or replace and close the gap.11). Please see if you can run the drain line of the soda system more in the floor and cover the transition. By law you should have an air gap somewhere and right now the pipe ends right at the drain on the floor. It will be best of you install a hub drain on the back wall and create the air gap that way.12). Please repair the self closer on the restroom door.If you create a stand for the water heater make sure it is painted out or commercial. Make sure it can carry the weight.Check and see if a tankless can work in this location. Specifications are shown above.
