Final Construction. Walked with Bill. Addition of downstairs bar, E&D Class 2, 10+ Seating.Correct the following items prior to your routine inspection:1) Secure all water supply lines so they are off the floor and above any drain lines.2) Re-plumb flex tubing drains with hard pipe such as PVC as much as possible. Maintain a slope to drain with a 1" air gap at floor sink.Establishment is associated with the upstairs permit FD-80419 - The Americano, under the same ownership (LLC). If one/either permit changes ownership so that they are no longer under the same ownership, this permit will be required to stand alone meeting full requirements, including adding a 3-compartment sink and having an appropriately sized water heater.This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Fees paid up to this inspection approval do not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Also, checks and money orders are accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail, for further instructions please refer to the printed invoice. No operating permit is valid, until the permit fee is received by the Department. Equipment Inspection. Walked with Bill. Project nearly complete but not ready for Final. Establishment not is not approved to stock and train downstairs at this time.Correct the following items prior to Final:1) Have all equipment installed and fully connected (water, waste, electric, etc.), namely dish machine in back support room.2) Have all refrigeration turned on and holding at 41*F or less, freezers at 0*F or less. During inspection, electrical issues were noted by GC for refrigeration in back support room; ensure electrical issues are permanently remedied so that breakers/GFCI do not trip.3) Connect all glass rinsers in bar downstream of the RPZ backflow preventers. RPZ backflow preventers are present, but glass rinsers were not connected downstream of the RPZs. RPZs may split/T-off to two glass rinsers.4) Cap currently unused chases (both in back support room and in bar area).5) Deep and detail clean establishment, top to bottom, post all notable construction debris.
