Final construction inspection with Ben.Correct the following items:1. Provide and secure ABS pipe under food prep sink for dish washer drain line. Maintain a 1 inch air gap above floor sink at all times.2. Provide backflow report for RPZ next to hand sink in the kitchen.3. Seal all bare wood under front bar, Caulk wall / bar top juncture.4. Secure and caul splash guard at hand sink in the kitchen.5. Caulk hand wash sink, 3 compartment sink and ice bin behind the bar.6. Caulk hand wash sink in men's restroom.This establishment has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. First inspection walk trough with the superintendent. The following items were discussed:|1). Hand wash sink will be installed in the front service.2). Under the bar, wall will be FRP with rubber base.3). Restrooms will have coved base both.4). Restroom door will be self closing.5). Ice machine can remain, drain will need to be rigid and run trough the wall to the floor sink.6). Backflow valve at the hand wash sink will be tested and certified.7). Soda system has been omitted.8). Hand sink splash guard will need to be re-mounted and caulked at the juncture.9). Food prep sink has to remain. 10). Task light will be installed under the bar.11). A larger dishwasher is planned which will not work in the location specified if it is a side loader. Your water heater is 47 gallons which can be approved but not if you add this dishwasher.12). Finishes in bathrooms will be cleanable.13). Ceiling in the front bar area is approved, no changes needed.14). New lights at the bar will need to be shatter proof.15). Finishes in the kitchen will be restored to match existing.16).
