Observed whole shelled eggs/71°F stored at room temperature by the waffle maker. According to the person in charge the eggs had been stored on the counter since 6AM. Observed cubed butter/52°F in a malfunctioning reach in cooler. It was no known how long the butter had been holding above 41°F.

When RO is installed, an RPZ backflow preventer is required on waterline upstream of RO system. No copper or copper alloys can be installed downstream of the backflow preventer. Run a drain line from vent of RPZ to hub drain at 3-compartment sink.
