E&D, class 3 10+OC inspection was conducted with the owner, Melissa Meehan and manager, Emilie Meehan. The establishment is not open and operating.Permit is approved.Address the following items prior to the next inspection on 4/2/24:1. A new drink prep sink is installed at the front service area. This sink is directly connected to the sewer. Please provide indirect connection to the sewer via a hub/ funnel drain. See example picture attached.2. Provide minimum 1” air gap from the end of the 3-comp sink’s drainpipe to the floor.3. Caulk and seal all gaps, cracks and penetrations throughout.
