Observed a slow drain connecting to the grease trap service the 3 comp sink, dishwasher, and only hand sink in the kitchen area. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair within 24 hours. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
