Observed aluminum foil in use as shelf liners. Foil is not easily cleanable. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Advised PIC to maintain regular cleaning of the stainless steel shelving at this material is already smooth and easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
