-- Observed rodent droppings throughout the kitchen: behind oven, behind reach-in refrigerator/freezer, under 3-compartment sink, and in dry storage area. The PIC provided the most recent pest control report from Jan 6th, 2025 showing rodents are being targeted (bait stations set up outside). Advised pest control will need to be performed inside the kitchen. Reviewed approved pest control for rodents. The person in charge shall have the rodent droppings removed, ensure a certified pest applicator comes to the establishment to perform pest control services within 10 days, and a reinspection will be conducted once completed. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
