PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals --Observed a bleach, soap, and water solution in a plastic bucket in the three compartment sink. Per person in charge, they wash dishes with the solution. Chlorine concentration measured over 200ppm via chlorine test strips at time of inspection. PIC discarded the solution at time of inspection. A proper three compartment sink will be set up with a chlorine concentration between 50ppm-100ppm. Reviewed sanitizer requirements with the PIC. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
