Unit was holding cut lettuce briefly for 15-30 minutes, which was relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration. Person-in-charge submitted work order for unit to be repaired. Inspector will follow up on 7/15/2025 to ensure unit is properly holding at 41*F or below or is no longer used to hold TCS items.

Observed leak from atmospheric vacuum breaker. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Repeat violation: 2nd consecutive.
