Observed an accumulation of water on the floor under the ice container near the drive-through window and under the reach-in cold-holding unit near the drive-through window. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times - ensure ice chest and cold-holding unit are not leaking onto the floor. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
