Inspector's notes
Observed a hose attached to the mop sink faucet feeding into a chemical dispenser. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Chemical dispensers should have their own dedicated water supply. Had PIC disconnect the hose from the mop sink faucet. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
