Observed multiple dishes stacked wet on shelf near dish machine. Discussed the requirement that all cleaned dishes must be air dried. The manager moved the wet stacked dishes to allow for air drying. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
