Inspector's notes
Observed drainage issue of drain under three bay sink. When running pressure test water does rise but does not over flow onto the floor. Person in charge explains that when all three drains are released water floods on the floor and that they have put a work order in to fix the problem. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals Observed quat sanitizer in 3-comp above the maximum range, measured at 500 ppm (parts per million). PIC flushed the sanitizer compartment from 3-comp sink and remade and tested the solution himself. The appropriate range for quaternary ammonia is 150-400. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
