Inside main walk in unit was large tray of pulled cooked pork with no date mark; medium size full container of cooked rice and open package of cooked hot dogs inside two doo reach in unit. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Per PIC the tcs foods were from Sunday, today is Tuesday. PIC applied correct date marks to all tcs food products listed. ====TCS food to be clearly marked to indicate the date or day the food shall be consumed on premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 41°F or less for a maximum of 7 days.
