Inspector's notes

-- -- Observed boxes of utensils, foam paper plates, and gloves being stored directly under prep sink plumbing cabinet. No visible contamination observed. Reviewed approved storage locations for single-use articles: equipment, utensils, linens and single-service/single-use articles are to be stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Discussed with PIC if space is limited, they can store items in sealed waterproof container. Requested the person in charge relocate items to an approved dry storage area at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
