Person in charge (PIC) stated that the washer had broken on Saturday and that there is a mechanic coming to service it this week.
Inspector's notes
Observed cleaned and sanitized food-contact containers stacked on drying rack with visible droplets of water in between the containers. Person in charge was advised to allow containers to fully dry before stacking. PIC separated the containers on the rack to allow proper air drying at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
