Observed a large black tub being used to catch a leak coming from a water inlet pipe plumbed directly into the walk-in cooler connected to the kitchen area. Also observed a white rag tied tightly around the left-most faucet fixture of the 3-comp sink being used to stop a leak, located in the kitchen area. Discussed repair timeline with PIC. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed cold water handle at designated hand sink in the kitchen area to be inoperable at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of maintaining all sinks in good repair and able to provide hot/cold water on demand. Hot and cold water under pressure is required at all sink fixtures. Provide hot and cold water under pressure at all sinks prior to re-inspection. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 1/23/2026 to verify the correction.
