Observed heavy grey buildup on the ceiling vent nearest the standing refrigerators. Alerted maintenance, who plans to put in a work order to clean the vents. Discussed the importance of keeping all surfaces clean. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean the physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
