Observed accumulation of food debris along soda fountain nozzles behind front registers and in lobby seating area. Observed accumulation of pink organic matter along ceiling of ice compartment at drive thru ice machine. Per person in charge (PIC), soda nozzles are soaked in a sanitizer solution every night as means for cleaning process. All food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Instructed PIC to relocate all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection
