Inspector's notes
Observed black residue buildup on the inside of the soda fountain nozzles. Informed PIC that these are food contact surfaces and need to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized frequently enough to preclude the accumulation of organic matter and residues. Suggested a bottle brush to PIC. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
