Inspector's notes
Observed grout around the drain missing in the main kitchen area. Also observed some broken tiles and places in the tile where the grout has been eroded leaving deep channels. All grout and tile should remain intact and in good repair so the flooring can be cleaned easily. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
