No paper towels or hand drying device available at the hand wash sink in the ware wash area. PIC provided paper towels. Ensure that all hand wash sinks have paper towels or hand drying device available at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Cream-49F in the unit closest to the drive thru window. PIC was unsure of how long the cream had been in the unit and discarded-see embargo form. Keep PHF/TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or below. *Ambient temp of the creamer unit was 49F. PIC stated that the unit would not be used until it is repaired. Establishment has sufficient refrigeration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
