Dish machine was in use before arrival. When running high temp machine, obtained temperatures of 152°F and 150°F on second attempt. PIC discovered booster was off. Turned booster on and had 160°F. Previous dished were then sanitized.

Main handsink is slow draining. Person in charge stated they recently had plumber fix and will have them return for a permanent fix. Kitchen will utilize hand sink near steam tables until repaired.
