If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. Properly store equipment in a manner to prevent possible contamination of food. There are gaps in wall/wall juncture in kitchen near dishmachine, Corner tile damaged dish area, bar wall/cove base, back line wall gaps. Instructed person in charge to seal all gaps. There is trash and debris behind all bar equipment. Instructed person in charge to clean. Milkcrate being used as shelving for chemicals in bar. Boxes stored on the floor in bar. Instructed person in charge to clean bar area, remove any unapproved shelving and keep items off the floor.
