Inspector's notes
Observed large 1/2 inch pooling of water on floor next to 3-compartment sink. Observed pooling of water due to use of E&D hand wash sinks and 3-compartment sink. Per Person in Charge, sewage discharge pipe was clogged and already had technician work on the plumbing issue. PIC also stated that debris from another plumbing issue may be causing the clog. PIC has been in contact with management and put a work order in to fix the clogged drain. A permit holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if an imminent health hazard may exist because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstance that may endanger public health. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
