Inspector's notes

Observed several wiping cloths near espresso machines in small sanitizer containers with quaternary ammonium (quat) sanitizer concentration of <150 ppm. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations (quat is 200-400ppm). Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
