Observed employee handled raw shrimp with gloves on, discarded gloves, put on new gloves to handle cooked RTE foods. Observed employee wash hands properly, put on a hair net touching their hair, put on gloves without washing hands in between tasks. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Also observed the ice machine drain inlet was less than an inch from the floor drain. The ice machine drained water and filled the floor drain while draining slowly.
