Onsite visit conducted to check on obtainment of testable backflow prevention device for Combi oven in Deli. Observed establishment to have replaced hose from combi oven to stub out under hood. PIC showed inspector RPZ in upstairs, backroom plumbing room. RPZ was labeled on wall as "deli oven/ dishwasher shutoff". PIC stated that water supply feeds only dishwasher and combi oven. Backflow device must be on dedicated line for combi oven as backflow water could contaminate dishwasher.
