Observed sinks in department with no hot water available. The person in charge had already placed an emergency work order to correct the problem. Discussed with the person in charge that the establishment should have hot water available at all times. A re-inspection will be conducted on 2/25/2025. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
