Observed several raw proteins improperly stored in two door reach in cooler. Raw shelled eggs were stored above broccoli and raw chicken stored above raw pork in reach-in cooler. Reach-in cooler was maxed out reaching capacity, according to PIC, shipment was received today. Advised PIC to consider purchasing a new unit to designate for storing all raw proteins to prevent the possibility of cross contaminating.
