Observed ice build up around door of walk-in freezer causing door to not fully close. Discussed repairing to ensure equipment is maintained in good repair. Observed missing tile in walk-in cooler near walk-in freezer door filled with water/ice. Also observed cracked tile throughout back kitchen area. Discussed repairing/replacing tiles to ensure the floors are smooth and easily cleanable. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
