Inspector's notes
Observed a large pool of blue liquid under the three-compartment sink. Upon further inspection, the liquid had leaked from the line connected to their sink wash aid soap. Per PIC the bag had been replaced recently and the hose may not have been properly connected. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
