Upon request the enclosed box of raw shell eggs was placed in the storage rack below the enclosed containers of potatoes. Core-4-402.11, C: Fixed Equipment, Spacing or Sealing--During inspection observed the handwashing station near the cook-line to be hanging off the wall and be partially sloped. In a second instance observed the caulking of the food prep sink to be partially broken. Per the person the handwashing washing sink will be re-enforced/re-caulked onto the wall. Please ensure equipment is properly fixed, spaced and all sealed lining are well maintained, smooth and easily. Core-4-501.11, C: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment-During inspection observed the green stainless steel shelving near the 3-compartment sink to be in disrepair/partially hanging. In a second instance observed the wooden shelve of the dry storage area to also be in disrepair/partially hanging. Per the person in charge the shelving will be repaired/replaced. Person in charge states that pest control has been advised of the issue and has been coming in at least once a month.
