Observed cooked chicken in walk in in covered container at 50*F but within time frame to properly cool. Had PIC remove chicken from container and place on sheet pan to cool properly and discussed not combining multiple batches of chicken with different cool times and cooling on sheet pans not covered containers until product reaches 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
