Observed one live German cockroach in the employee restroom. In addition, observed rodent droppings along the wall near the reach-in freezer. Person in charge (PIC) was not aware of these deficiencies at the time of inspection. Audited the establishment's pest control records and verified the establishment is having pest control services treat their facility about every 2 months. The establishment shall maintain the facility free of pests and monitor the building to verify compliance. Recommended establishment increase the frequency of pest control treatments. At the time of inspection, the establishment did not have any sanitizer to wash dishes on site. Per manager, the establishment uses bleach to sanitize their food contact surfaces. The establishment shall always have chemical sanitizer on site to properly sanitize all food contact surfaces. The manager left the establishment, purchased bleach, and returned to the establishment at the time of inspection. Directed staff to rewash, rinse, and sanitize any food contact surfaces that had been previously washed without sanitizer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
