Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink on the second floor near the ice machine. Person in charge (PIC) provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC about requirement for having paper towels stocked at all handwashing sinks at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
