Observed shake reach-in holding milk, low fat yogurt mix and almond milk holding internal temperature at 48*f degrees. Reach-in had a noticeable odor upon opening, all items discarded. Please maintain all items requiring cold holding below 41*f degrees. Reach-in was found turned down at time of inspection (1/9 setting).
